Assistance with quick, accurate and safe lifting operations performed by tower crane drivers
The overhead operation environment of tower cranes is complex, the driver's field of vision is limited, the operation relies on the ground command staff, and call efficiency is low. To solve the problem of limited vision of the driver, the Company has launched a tower crane hook visualization system with hook video, trolley video and movable-jib video solutions. The system mainly works by utilizing high-definition cameras to capture dynamic information of the lifting area. The intelligent scientific and technological image system of this equipment is mainly installed on the crane jib of the tower crane and the top of the trolley. It is used to capture the dynamic information of the lifting area in time, and then display it in real time in the intelligent terminal through the wireless transmission, thus realizing the visualization operation of the tower cranes and ultimately providing a good guarantee for the safety of the construction. The system can well eliminate the tower crane driver's operating visual blind spot, expand the driver's field of vision, reduce the safety hazards of isolation lifting and blind lifting, and enhance the efficiency of tower crane lifting operations.
Hook video
Through the spherical camera installed at the front end of the jib, combined with sensor data and the intelligent tracking algorithm of the hook, it realizes the automatic capture of the hook screen and the automatic zoom control, supplements the driver's field of vision, reduces the safety hazards of isolation lifting and blind lifting, and improves the efficiency of the tower crane lifting operations. When the tower crane is idle, the camera can be used for high-point monitoring, to assist the site for safety inspections.

The system camera is a customized 36x optical intelligent zoom 2-megapixel all-in-one camera with dual filters. It not only can make the infrared distance of night vision as high as 120-150m, but also can receive real-time commands from the main controller, and intelligently track and focus in seconds, effectively solving the construction problems such as blurred video caused by the "under-lighting effect" and guaranteeing safety on a 24/7 basis.

Four-channel parallel for comprehensive supervision
The system reserves multiple interfaces, which can be moved according to customer needs, seamlessly connecting the rope arrangement video, cockpit video, and slewing video, totaling at least 4-channel video data, realizing comprehensive supervision from the tower crane division to each key hazard point of the tower cranes to ensure the safety of the tower cranes.

The system adopts high-definition spherical camera, and can realize 360-degrees automatic patrol without blind areas. When the tower crane is idle, the system directly assumes the responsibility of supervising the whole scene of the construction site.
