Hong Kong Kai Tak Sports Park Project

The Kai Tak Sports Park covers an area of approx. 28 hectares. Designed by internationally renowned architectural design team Populous, the Park boasts sports facilities, retail and catering, wellness facilities, and open space. The Park gains access to nearby major sports facilities, neighborhoods, other parks and the world-famous Victoria Harbor. The Kai Tak Sports Park will be well connected to the adjacent station plaza, public transportation hub, metro station, and ferry terminal. Walkways will be connected to To Kwa Wan, Ma Tau Kok, Kowloon City, and new neighborhoods within the Kai Tak Development Area. The main works adopted 16 tower cranes, all of which were constructed by local enterprises in Hong Kong. The types include hammerhead, flat-top and movable-jib tower cranes, and there are a lot of crossovers in tower crane operations, which are prone to interferences and collisions during the construction process. Through analysis and comparison, the tower crane anti-collision system PM530-HK developed by Fosow Electronic was deemed as the best choice to guarantee the work safety of the tower crane group, reflecting the technical strength and safety control equipment of the Chinese hoisting machinery. Since entering Hong Kong market in 2008, Fosow Electronic has provided tower crane group anti-collision systems and solutions for hundreds of construction projects including many commercial projects, residential projects, community facilities, hotels and shopping malls. With the concept of safety first, leading safety technology and high quality service capability, Fosow has formed a good relationship with Hong Kong's real estate developers, builders, and lessors, and has contributed to Hong Kong's construction and development. In the future, Fosow Electronic will still adhere to its original intention to provide high-quality construction safety products and technologies, and boost the economic construction of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area.
